Most PR fails for a dull reason. The story was never worth telling, or it was told to the wrong person. So we start with the story. What is genuinely new, genuinely useful, or genuinely surprising about your organisation, and who has a professional reason to care.
From there the work is narrow on purpose. A tight list of journalists, editors and producers who actually cover your beat. A pitch written for each of them, in their language, referencing what they published last month. Follow-up that reads like a colleague, not a queue.
We are a deliberately lean consultancy, so you are not handed to a junior with a spreadsheet of contacts. The person who builds the strategy is the person who writes the pitch and picks up the phone. That is the whole point of the model.
